“On 24 Dec 2025, I asked expedia if the booking can be updated to 3rd Jan checkin instead of 2nd Jan. Expedia contacted the property and emailed me saying it can't be done. However, when I reached the property on 2nd Jan, I was told that they updates the booking to 3rd Jan and no room avble”

“It was ok, room door faced a service station opposite which felt a little exposed, bed was comfortable, bedding clean but the bathroom was so run down and in need of a refresh that I didn’t want to use the shower as the base looked grotty. Don’t believe the pictures online!”

“The property is very impressive and beautifully presented.Kitchen had all the equipment and condiments, you may need. The bathroom is impressive, spacious and lounge area very comfortable.It was a pity the water levels of the lake was so low and taking the SUPs to the waters edge was painful.Great bike paths in either direction of the property.The are large sliding doors looking over the landscape but these are missing any markings to show the glass doors were closed and were walked into on a...
